Training

Our workshops and courses provide participants with the latest research insights on different phenomena in human-centered work in order to solve problems, expand possibilities of action, and broaden skills. In facilitating our trainings, we utilize the latest scientific understanding of human learning and how new knowledge best translates into new types of action.

Training topics typically requested from us include:

Scope and duration

We have conducted longer-lasting training programs for small groups, day-long hackathons, and webinars with hundreds of participants. The scope and duration of the trainings are determined based on our clients' learning and change needs.

Our goal is to provide trainings that leave lasting impressions on participants. In our experience, this is achieved when a deep understanding of the client's unique characteristics and needs is combined with the latest science.
